I am looking for advice on how to clean and maintain your home gym gear properly. My equipment in Manchester is starting to get a bit dusty and I want to make sure I am taking care of my investment.
I want to know what kind of cleaners are safe to use on rubber mats and vinyl upholstery without causing them to crack or peel. I am also curious about the best way to lubricate the sleeves on my barbell so they keep spinning smoothly.
