How to Choose the Right Knee Wraps for Heavy Squats
I am moving from knee sleeves to knee wraps for my next powerlifting meet in California and I am completely lost. There are so many different lengths and stiffness levels. I have seen 2 meter and 2.5 meter wraps and I am not sure which one is better for a beginner.
I am also confused about the brand options. Titan and Inzer seem to have about ten different types of wraps each. I want something that gives me a good rebound out of the hole but I also need to be able to wrap them myself since I do not always have a training partner.
How do you choose the right knee wraps for your lifting style? Do you prefer the really stiff ones that bruise your legs or something with a bit more stretch? I would love some advice on the best way to start using wraps without ruining my squat form.
