I am making the switch to a plant based diet and I am worried about getting enough protein without going way over on my carbs. Most vegan protein sources like beans and lentils are also very carb heavy.

How do you guys structure your macros as a vegan? I am aiming for 150g of protein and 3000 calories. I have been using pea protein shakes and tofu but I need more variety.

Is it possible to stay lean while eating a high carb vegan diet or should I be looking for more fat sources like nuts and seeds? I am in Canada and it is getting harder to find good produce this time of year so I am relying on frozen stuff and grains.
