I have been stuck at 195 pounds for three weeks now and it is driving me crazy. I have been eating 2200 calories and hitting my macros perfectly but the scale is just not moving. I think it is time to make an adjustment.

Should I drop my calories further or should I try to increase my cardio? I am currently at 40 percent protein 30 percent carbs and 30 percent fats. I am worried that if I drop calories too much I will lose muscle.

Has anyone here had success with a refeed day to break a plateau? I have heard that sometimes you need to eat more to get things moving again but that sounds scary when you are trying to lose weight. Would love some advice from anyone who has pushed through this before.
