We all know that creatine is great for strength and power but I am interested in how creatine aids in muscle recovery and brain health at night. I have seen some recent studies suggesting that creatine can help the brain recover from sleep deprivation and might even improve sleep quality.

I am in the US and I have always taken my creatine in the morning with my pre workout. I am wondering if there is any benefit to moving it to the evening or if it is just about the total daily saturation. I want to support both my physical and mental recovery as much as possible.

Do any of you take your creatine before bed? I am curious if you have noticed any changes in your cognitive function or your ability to handle stress. I would love to hear a discussion on the non physical benefits of this legendary supplement!
