I just upgraded to the Fitbit Charge 7 and I wanted to do a quick features and battery life comparison for those still on the Charge 5 or 6. The new colour screen is much brighter and easier to read in the California sun which is a huge plus for me.

The battery life seems to be holding up well so far. I am getting about six days with the always on display turned off. I also really like the improved heart rate sensor which seems to catch the peaks of my intensity much faster than the older models did.

Has anyone else noticed an improvement in the GPS lock time? My old Fitbit took forever to find a signal but this one seems much snappier. I am interested to see if anyone has had any issues with the sync since the latest app update because mine has been a bit buggy.
