Fat Gripz Review for Forearm and Grip Development
I have been using Fat Gripz for about two months now on my bicep curls and rows and I wanted to post a review. The pump I get in my forearms is unlike anything else. It makes even light weights feel incredibly heavy because you have to squeeze the bar so hard.
I have noticed a significant improvement in my grip strength and my forearms are definitely looking thicker. I am training in London and I love that these are so portable so I can take them to any gym. They are very durable and fit on almost any barbell or dumbbell.
Does anyone else use these for their main lifts? I have tried them on bench press but it felt a bit dangerous. I am curious if you think they are better than just using a thick bar. If you have a favorite exercise to do with Fat Gripz please let me know. I am a big fan so far.
