Essential Vitamin and Mineral Stack for Gym Goers
I think we often focus too much on the flashy supplements and forget the basics. I am looking for an essential vitamin and mineral stack for gym goers that covers all the bases for health and performance. I am in the UK and I want to make sure I am not missing anything important in my diet.
I am currently taking a basic one a day pill but I feel like I might need more Zinc, Magnesium, and maybe some Vitamin B12 since I do not eat a lot of red meat. I am also interested in the benefits of Vitamin K2 when taking high doses of Vitamin D3. I want to build a foundation that supports my training long term.
What are the non negotiable vitamins in your stack? I am looking for recommendations for brands that have high bioavailability instead of just cheap fillers. I would love to hear how you all manage your micronutrient intake alongside your macros!
