Does Pre Workout Cause Hair Loss Fact Checking the Ingredients
I am 21 years old and I have noticed my hair thinning a little bit recently. I have been taking a strong pre workout for the past six months and I am starting to wonder if there is a connection. I have heard rumors that certain ingredients in these supplements can increase DHT levels which causes hair loss.
Is there any actual scientific evidence for this or is it just another gym myth? I am worried that the high caffeine or the creatine might be making it worse. I am in Toronto and I really want to keep my hair but I also love my gym sessions. I am looking for a fact check on the common ingredients found in pre workouts.
Has anyone else noticed their hair thinning after starting a new supplement? I would love to know if switching to a more natural product would help. I am trying to decide if I should stop taking pre workout altogether or if I am just being paranoid.
