Does Glycerol Help with Hyper Hydration and Muscle Pumps
I have been reading about Glycerol and its ability to pull water into the muscle cells for better hydration and massive pumps. It is often found in pump focused pre workouts as HydroMax or Glycersize. I am in the US and I am considering buying a stand alone glycerol supplement to add to my stack.
Does it actually make a noticeable difference in how your muscles look and feel? I have heard that you need to drink a lot of water for it to work correctly. I am also worried about it clumping up in my shaker because I have heard it can be a bit of a mess to mix.
Have any of you used glycerol for hyper hydration? I am specifically interested in how it affects your endurance during long sessions. I would love to hear your tips on the best way to use it and if the results are worth the extra effort and cost.
