Dirty Bulking vs Clean Bulking Results and Differences
I have been reading a lot about dirty bulking vs clean bulking and the opinions are all over the place. Last winter I tried the dirty approach and I just ended up feeling sluggish and bloated all the time. I gained weight fast but a lot of it was definitely not muscle.
I want to hear from people who have tried both. Did the extra calories from junk food actually help your lifts go up faster? I am tempted to just eat whatever I want since I am quite tall and have a fast metabolism, but I am worried about my skin and energy levels.
Currently I am in the UK and most of my meals are home cooked, but the temptation of a cheeky Nando or a kebab is always there. What are the real world differences you noticed in your physique and strength when switching between these two styles?
