Dealing with Weight Loss Plateaus as a Team

My accountability group and I are all dealing with weight loss plateaus as a team. It is strange how we all seemed to stop losing weight at the exact same time. We are trying to figure out if we need to change our macros or increase our cardio volume.
Being part of a group makes the plateau much less discouraging. We can brainstorm new ideas and keep each other from giving up. We have decided to do a two-week sugar detox to see if that jumpstarts our progress again.
Has your group ever hit a wall together? How did you break through it? I am curious if a collective change in strategy is more effective than everyone trying to figure it out on their own. We are determined to see that scale move again!
