@PrinceVegeta, dynamic effort deadlifts are a game changer. I added them in after seeing some Westside Barbell stuff, and my lockout strength improved immensely. Gotta be explosive with it.

Have you considered getting a coach, even for a few sessions? An objective eye can spot things you'd never notice yourself, especially subtle technique flaws that become amplified at max weights. Sometimes that outside perspective is all you need.

@Dragustav, respectfully disagree. Plateaus are meant to be broken. If 250kg is your current max, that's fine, but to say it's your permanent ceiling for an advanced lifter is a bit defeatist. There's always room for improvement with smart training.

Don't underestimate active recovery and deloads. It's not just about not training; it's about helping your body repair. Light cardio, stretching, mobility work – all this can contribute to breaking through plateaus by making you more resilient.

@Push50, brilliant point on bracing. Any specific cues you use or recommend for really locking that in? I always hear "brace like you're about to get punched" but it feels a bit vague sometimes.
