Comparing ZMA Pro vs Z-Matrix Which Formula is Stronger
I am looking for a very potent nighttime recovery supplement and I am comparing ZMA Pro vs EVL Z-Matrix. Both of these are available here in London and have good reviews. I am looking for the one that has the best dosages of zinc, magnesium, and vitamin B6.
The Z-Matrix formula seems to have some added Valerian Root and L-Theanine which might make it better for actual sleep quality. I have used the basic ZMA before but I am looking for something a bit more comprehensive to help me with my recovery from heavy squats and deadlifts.
Which one has worked better for you? I am curious if the extra herbal ingredients in the Z-Matrix make a noticeable difference in how quickly you fall asleep. I would love to hear your thoughts on which one is the overall better value for a serious athlete!
