I recently tore my medial meniscus and I am looking for the best knee sleeves to provide some compression and warmth while I rehab it. I have used cheap ones from Amazon in the past but I think I need something more robust now. I am looking at the Stoic and SBD sleeves.

Does anyone have a preference between the 7mm and 9mm thickness for injury support? I do not need a massive carryover in weight I just want my knee to feel stable when I am doing my rehab squats. I have heard that the thicker sleeves can be a bit restrictive for blood flow if you wear them too long.

I also saw some newer brands like Iron Rebel and Rehband. If you have used any of these for a meniscus injury please let me know. I am trying to be smart about my return to the gym and I think the right gear will give me some much needed confidence.
