I just got a Costco membership here in Ontario and I am amazed at the prices for some of the bulk items. I am trying to put together a grocery list of the best cheap bulking meals I can get there and at Walmart.
The rotisserie chickens are a given, but I am looking for other staples. I found some huge bags of quinoa and big tubs of Greek yogurt that seem like a good deal. I am also looking at the bulk packs of ground turkey.
What are your go to items when you are shopping for a bulk in Canada? I am trying to keep my weekly food budget under 100 dollars if possible. Any tips on meal prepping these bulk items so they do not go to waste would be greatly appreciated.
