Can Bone Broth Improve Joint Recovery and Sleep Quality
I have been hearing a lot about the benefits of drinking bone broth before bed here in Canada. I am wondering if bone broth can improve joint recovery and sleep quality. It is supposed to be very high in glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline which are all essential for connective tissue repair.
I am also curious if the warm liquid helps with relaxation and getting into a sleepy state. I have some nagging elbow pain from pull ups and I am looking for a natural way to support my joints. I am thinking about making my own batch at home instead of buying the expensive store bought versions.
