I am really struggling with the activity multipliers on TDEE calculators. I work a desk job but I walk the dog for an hour every day and I hit the gym for 45 minutes four times a week. Does that make me sedentary or lightly active?
I feel like I move a lot but compared to someone who works on a farm I am probably sedentary. I do not want to overestimate and eat too much but I also do not want to be starving.
What do you guys choose for your activity level? I am tempted to just pick sedentary and then add my exercise manually but I have heard that can lead to errors too. I am 140 pounds and trying to tone up a bit before my vacation in April.
