Bucked Up LFG vs BAMF Review Which Pre Workout Hits Harder
I am a fan of the Bucked Up brand and I am trying to decide between their LFG and BAMF formulas for my next training block. I am a powerlifter in Toronto and I need something that hits hard for my heavy squat days. LFG seems to be more focused on fat loss while BAMF is marketed as a nootropic pre workout.
I am wondering which one actually provides the best raw energy and power. The labels are fairly similar but they have different focus ingredients. I have tried the original Bucked Up before and it was okay but I want something with a bit more of a kick.
Has anyone compared these two head to head? I am looking for the one that gives that aggressive energy you need for a new PR. I would love to hear which one you think is more effective for high intensity strength training!
