I am doing a best weight bench for under 150 dollars review because I think a lot of people overspend on benches. I found a solid adjustable bench from a brand called Flybird and it has been surprisingly sturdy for the price.
I have been using it for incline and flat presses and it does not wobble at all. It also folds up which is great for my small basement gym here in Ottawa. I want to show people that you do not need to spend five hundred dollars to get a safe and functional bench.
Are there any other budget benches that you guys recommend? I am looking for something with a high weight capacity and good padding. I want to build a list of the best options for people who are just starting out and need to save some cash.
