I have been keeping a workout log in the journals section for a few months now but I feel like it is just a big wall of text. I am looking for advice on how to format my logs so that other members can easily read them and give me feedback on my progress. I am currently training for a competition in the States and I need all the help I can get.

I have seen some people use tables or bold text for their PRs and it looks much better. Does anyone have a template they use? I am mainly focused on my squats and bench press right now and I want to make sure my volume and intensity are clear to anyone who looks at the thread.

It would be cool if the forum had a built in tool where we could just input our numbers and it would generate a graph. I am using an app on my phone to track things but it is a pain to copy everything over manually every night. I am curious if the Canadian or British members have any favorite formatting tricks.

How often do you guys check other peoples logs? I try to comment on at least two or three a week to keep the community spirit going. I am always looking for new ideas for accessory work and the logs are the best place to find them.
