I spend so much time making nice meals on Sunday only for them to be ruined by the office microwave on Monday. The chicken gets rubbery and the rice gets hard and dry. It is really discouraging when you are trying to enjoy your healthy food.
I am looking for the best way to reheat meal prep so it still tastes fresh. I have heard that putting a wet paper towel over the bowl helps with moisture. Does anyone have other tricks for the microwave or maybe a portable food warmer?
I have seen those HotLogic mini ovens that people plug in at their desks. Are they any good or do they just take forever to heat up? I would love to find a solution that does not involve eating lukewarm rubbery chicken every day!
