Best Supplements for Bulking Creatine Whey and Casein

I am about to drop some money on a new stack of supplements for my bulking phase. I am definitely getting creatine monohydrate and whey protein, but I am wondering if casein is worth the extra cost for nighttime recovery.
I have also been looking at beta alanine and citrulline malate for my pre workout. Do these actually help with volume during a bulk or are they more for cutting? I want to make sure I am spending my money on things that have a proven track record for muscle growth.
What does your current bulking stack look like? Are there any supplements you think are a total waste of money? I am trying to be smart with my budget this year and only stick to the essentials that actually move the needle.
