Best Strength Training Stack for Powerlifters in Canada
I am a powerlifter in Toronto and I am looking for the best strength training stack for powerlifters in Canada. I am currently peaking for a meet in May and I need my recovery to be 100 percent. I am hitting heavy triples and my joints are starting to feel the pressure.
I am currently using Creatine, Fish Oil, and a joint supplement with Glucosamine. I am wondering if I should add something like Alpha GPC for better focus on my heavy singles. I have also heard that some lifters use Electrolyte stacks during their sessions to maintain force production.
What do you Canadian lifters swear by for raw strength? I am looking for supplements that are easy to get here without paying massive shipping fees from the States. I would love to hear your suggestions for staying strong and healthy during a heavy block!
