I have been a professional coach in the States for over a decade and I love sharing my knowledge here on Muscle Talks. However I have noticed that a lot of other experts stay away because the signal to noise ratio can be a bit off. I am wondering what strategies we can use to attract more high level coaches to participate in our discussions.

Maybe we could have a verified badge for coaches who have actual certifications or a proven track record of helping athletes. This would help members know who to trust when they are looking for advice on complex topics like peaking for a show or dealing with a serious injury. I know many experts in Canada and the UK who would join if the environment was a bit more professional.

I also think we should have an Expert AMA section where a different coach takes over for a day to answer questions. It would be great exposure for the coach and amazing value for the forum members. I would be happy to be the first one to do it if there is interest.

How can we make this a better place for experts to hang out? I think reducing the amount of trolling and low effort posts in the technical sections would go a long way. I am eager to hear your suggestions on how to make Muscle Talks the premier destination for serious fitness professionals.
