Best Stimulant Free Pre Workouts for Late Night Gym Sessions
I often find myself at the gym at 10pm because of my work schedule here in the US. I obviously cannot take any caffeine that late or I will never sleep. I am looking for the best stimulant free pre workouts that still provide a good pump and some mental clarity for late night sessions.
I have tried just drinking water but I miss the ritual of having a pre workout drink. I am looking for something that is loaded with L-Citrulline, Betaine, and maybe some Agmatine. I want to wake up feeling rested the next day instead of being a caffeinated zombie.
Do you have any favorite stim free brands? I have heard good things about Legion Pulse Stim-Free and Transparent Labs. I want a product that tastes good and actually makes a difference in my training intensity even without the stimulants. Let me know what you use for your late night workouts!
