Best Sleep Supplements for High Stress Professional Life
I have a very high stress job in London and I find it almost impossible to switch off my brain when I get home. I am looking for the best sleep supplements for a high stress professional life. I am training for a triathlon but I feel like my lack of sleep is making me perform poorly at both work and the gym.
I have tried the basic stuff like chamomile tea and it does nothing for me. I am looking for something more potent like a combination of Phosphatidylserine, Ashwagandha, and maybe some Melatonin. I need to get into a deep sleep quickly so I can wake up feeling refreshed at 5am.
Do any of you fellow professionals have a go to sleep stack? I am looking for something that handles both the mental stress and the physical recovery from my workouts. I would appreciate any recommendations for products that are effective but do not cause any morning brain fog!
