Best Recovery Supplements for Powerlifters 2026
I am looking for some new recovery supplements to add to my routine for 2026. I currently take creatine and whey protein but I am wondering if things like tart cherry juice, magnesium, or specific amino acids actually make a difference in how you feel after a heavy session.
I have been feeling particularly sore lately and my sleep has not been the best. I want to make sure I am doing everything I can to recover between my four weekly training sessions. There are so many products on the market now that claim to reduce inflammation and muscle soreness.
What is in your supplement stack for recovery? Are there any specific brands you trust for quality and purity? I am not looking for a magic pill but anything that can give me a slight edge in recovery would be worth it for me at this stage of my training.
