I am playing both soccer and rugby during the winter season here in the UK and the physical demand is huge. I am looking for the best recovery drinks for field athletes to help me bounce back between matches and training. I need something that replenishes glycogen and helps with muscle repair.
I have been looking at products like Science in Sport Rego or the For Goodness Shakes drinks. I want a good balance of protein and carbohydrates. I am also interested in anything that helps with joint pain after getting tackled on a hard pitch.
