Best Pre Workout for Teenage Athletes What is Safe and Effective
I am seventeen years old and I have been lifting for about a year. I am starting to look at pre workouts but my parents are worried about me taking something with too many stimulants. I am looking for the best pre workout for teenage athletes that is safe but still effective.
I am in the UK and I play rugby as well as going to the gym. I want something that helps with my focus and my recovery but I do not want anything that will mess with my sleep or my health. I am thinking about a low caffeine option or maybe even a stimulant free formula.
