I am currently on a weight loss journey and I am doing a lot of cardio and HIIT sessions. I am looking for the best pre workout for fat loss that also gives me enough energy to push through those long runs. I have seen some pre workouts that include thermogenic ingredients like L-Carnitine and Capsimax.
Do these actually help with burning more calories or is it better to just take a standard pre workout? I am in the UK and I want something that tastes good and does not leave me feeling sick when my heart rate gets high. I am trying to lose about twenty pounds before my holiday in the summer.
