Best Pre Bed Stack for Deep Sleep and Hormone Optimization
I have realized that my sleep quality is the biggest bottleneck for my gains. I am looking for the best pre bed stack for deep sleep and hormone optimization. I am in the UK and I often have a hard time shutting off my brain at night after a late gym session.
I am currently looking at a stack of Magnesium Bisglycinate, Zinc, and maybe some L-Theanine or GABA. I have heard that Melatonin is okay for travel but maybe not for every night use. I want something that helps me fall into a deep REM sleep so my body can produce as much growth hormone as possible.
