Best Non Sedative Recovery Supplements for Morning Workouts
I train at 6am every day here in the US and I am looking for the best non sedative recovery supplements that I can take during the day. I want to support my muscle repair without feeling sleepy or lethargic at work. I am already taking my magnesium and sleep aids at night.
I am looking for things like high quality fish oil, curcumin, and maybe some collagen. I want to keep my inflammation levels low throughout the day. I am also wondering if taking extra Vitamin C or E helps with recovery from intense sessions without interfering with the muscle building process.
