I am trying to move away from artificial ingredients and I am looking for the best natural pre workout alternatives. Almost every brand I see in the stores is loaded with sucralose and artificial colors. I find that these often mess with my digestion and leave me feeling bloated during my workouts.
I am looking for a product that uses stevia or monk fruit for sweetness and gets its energy from natural sources like green tea or yerba mate. I am in the US and I have seen brands like Legion and Promix that claim to be cleaner. Are they actually as good as the chemical heavy ones for performance?
