I have been training BJJ for a few years now and my body is starting to feel the wear and tear. I am looking for the best mobility routine for brazilian jiu jitsu to help me stay on the mats. I have a lot of tension in my neck, shoulders, and hips from all the grappling and being stacked.

I have started doing some yoga for BJJ videos online which have been helpful. I am also trying to focus on my spinal rotation and hip internal rotation because they feel very limited. I am in the UK and I want to keep training for as long as possible without having to take long breaks for injuries.

Do any other grapplers here have a specific daily mobility practice? I am curious if you find that foam rolling or static stretching is more effective for the specific demands of the sport. I would love to hear your tips for staying supple and injury free while training a high contact sport like BJJ.
