I am looking for the best medicine balls and slam balls for budget builds in Manchester. I want to add some explosive movements to my training but I do not want to spend a lot on something that I am just going to throw at the floor.
I have seen the sand filled ones and the rubber ones and I am not sure which are more durable. I have heard that some of the cheaper ones can burst if you slam them too hard which sounds like a mess I want to avoid.
Do you have a favorite brand that offers good quality for a low price? I am also curious about what weight I should start with for general conditioning. If you have a favorite slam ball workout please share it with me!
