I am about four weeks into my cut and the hunger is starting to get real. I am constantly looking at the clock waiting for my next meal. I need some recommendations for foods that are high volume but low in calories to help me stay full.
I have been eating a lot of broccoli and spinach but I am getting a bit bored of just green vegetables. I have heard that konjac noodles or shirataki noodles are great but I have never tried them. Are they actually edible or do they taste like rubber?
What are your go to snacks when you are in a deep calorie deficit? I am in Vancouver and I have access to a lot of good health food stores but I want to stay within my budget. Any advice on staying satiated would be much appreciated.
