Best Lean Muscle Stack for Men Over 40
I am forty five now and I have noticed that I cannot just eat whatever I want anymore if I want to stay lean. I am looking for the best lean muscle stack for men over 40. I want to maintain my muscle mass and maybe add a little bit more while keeping my body fat in check.
I am currently taking a good Multivitamin, Vitamin D, and Whey Protein. I am wondering if I should be looking into D-Aspartic Acid or Fenugreek for a natural hormonal boost. I have also heard that Creatine is even more important as you get older for maintaining brain health and muscle function.
What are you older lifters using to stay in shape? I am not looking for anything crazy, just a solid stack that supports my health and my goals in the gym. I would appreciate any advice from fellow masters athletes who are still grinding away!
