Best Joint Support Stack for Heavy Squatters
My knees have been barking at me lately after my heavy squat sessions. I am looking for the best joint support stack for heavy squatters. I am in the US and I am currently 35 years old, so I know I need to start taking better care of my connective tissue if I want to keep hitting PRs.
I am looking at a stack of Fish Oil, Curcumin (with piperine for absorption), and maybe some Undenatured Collagen Type II. I have heard that Glucosamine and Chondroitin are hit or miss for most people. I want something that actually reduces the inflammation and helps with the long term health of my joints.
What are you guys using for your joints? I am also wondering if wearing sleeves or wraps is enough or if the supplement support is really necessary. I would love to hear your recommendations for keeping the joints feeling smooth and pain free even when the weights are getting heavy!
