I have been lifting for about three years now and I feel like I have hit a massive wall. I am looking for the best hypertrophy program for intermediate lifters that actually works for someone who can no longer add weight every single week.
I have tried the basic Starting Strength and StrongLifts routines back in the day, but now I want something more focused on aesthetics. I want to see better muscle roundness and definition, especially in my shoulders and arms.
Has anyone tried the newer programs from Renaissance Periodization or maybe some of the Jeff Nippard stuff? I am curious if the scientific approach is actually better than just hitting a standard body part split. Please let me know what has worked for you in 2026.
