I am currently hitting the gym four times a week here in London and I am struggling to get enough protein during my work day. I work in an office and I usually end up buying a sandwich which is not helping my gains.
I have decided to start prepping my lunches but I need some high protein meal prep recipes that actually taste good after being in the fridge. I am looking for something with at least 40 grams of protein per serving. I have been doing plain chicken and broccoli but it is getting very old.
Does anyone have a favorite recipe that uses turkey or lean beef? I have access to a Tesco and a Sainsbury nearby so I can get most standard ingredients. I would love to hear what you all are cooking to stay on track with your hypertrophy goals!
