Best Full Body Stretching Routine for Beginners
I have realized that I am about as flexible as a piece of dry toast. I am looking for the best full body stretching routine for beginners that I can do at home. I want to improve my overall mobility so I can move better in my daily life and in the gym. I find it hard to even touch my toes right now.
I am looking for a routine that is easy to follow and does not require any special equipment. I have about fifteen minutes in the morning before I head to work. I want to target my back, hips, and shoulders because that is where I feel the most tension after sitting at my desk all day.
Should I be holding each stretch for a long time or should I be moving in and out of the positions? I am also wondering if I should stretch every day or if the muscles need rest too. I would love some simple advice to help me get started on this journey!
