Best Foam Rollers for Muscle Recovery and Mobility
I am looking for the best foam rollers to help with my muscle recovery and mobility. I am always feeling tight after my heavy leg days and I want something that can really dig into the muscles. I have used the basic blue foam rollers but they seem to get soft after a few weeks.
I have seen the ones with the bumps and ridges like the TriggerPoint Grid and even some vibrating ones. I am also considering getting a PVC pipe but I am afraid it might be too painful. I want something that is durable and effective for my IT bands and lats.
What are your favorite mobility tools? I am trying to stay consistent with my recovery so I can keep training hard. If you have a specific foam roller that you swear by please let me know. I am ready to stop feeling like a piece of old leather every morning.
