I am doing a best dip stations for home use review and comparison. I want to add more tricep and chest work to my routine but I do not have a lot of space in my Essex garage. I am looking at the standalone dip bars versus the ones that attach to a power rack.
The standalone bars seem more versatile because I can move them around but the rack attachments take up less room. I want something that is stable and has comfortable grips.
Which type of dip station do you prefer for your home training? I have seen some very cheap ones that look like they might tip over if you lean too far forward. I would love to hear your recommendations for a solid and safe option!
