Best Compression Gear and Supplements for Leg Day Recovery
Leg day always leaves me unable to walk properly for at least two days. I am in Canada and I am looking for the best compression gear and supplements for leg day recovery. I have heard that wearing compression tights after a workout can help with blood flow and reduce swelling.
I am also wondering if there are any specific supplements that target leg soreness. I have tried using BCAAs and Glutamine but the DOMS is still pretty brutal. I am thinking about trying some HMB or maybe some high dose fish oil to help with the inflammation.
What is your post leg day protocol? I am looking for anything that can help me get back to my normal routine faster. If you have a favorite brand of compression gear or a supplement stack that actually works for heavy leg sessions please let me know!
