I am looking for the best cardio machines for small apartment gyms in London. I do not have a lot of room so a full sized treadmill is out of the question. I have been looking at compact exercise bikes and maybe a foldable rower.
I want something that is quiet so I do not disturb the people living below me. I also want it to be easy to move out of the way when I am finished with my workout.
Do you think a spin bike or a vertical climber is a better choice for a tight space? I am trying to stay fit during the winter months when it is too dark and rainy to run outside. If you have a compact setup that you love please share it with me!
