I am on the hunt for the best apps for tracking progressive overload in the gym. I have been using a simple notebook but I want something digital that can show me graphs of my progress and calculate my one rep max estimates automatically.

I have tried Strong and Hevy but I am curious if there are any newer apps that have better features for powerlifting specifically. I want to be able to track my RPE and have a plate calculator built in. I am based in Canada and I do not mind paying for a premium app if it is actually useful.

What are you guys using to log your sets? I want something that is quick to use so I am not staring at my phone for ten minutes between every set. I would love to hear your recommendations for a clean and efficient lifting log.
