I am considering doing GOMAD (Gallon Of Milk A Day) for a month to finally break through my weight plateau. I am 150 pounds and I have been stuck there for a year. It sounds like an easy way to get calories, but is it actually dangerous?
I am worried about the amount of sugar and saturated fat. I have also heard it can cause some pretty bad acne and digestive issues. I do not want to end up with a gallon of milk bloat every single day if it is not going to result in actual muscle gain.
Has anyone here actually completed a full month of GOMAD? What were your results? I am looking for an honest review of the pros and cons because I am getting desperate to see the scale move. I am in the US so milk is relatively cheap and accessible for me.
