Are Budget Barbells from Amazon Worth the Money

I am wondering if these budget barbells from Amazon are actually worth the money for a home gym. I see some for under one hundred dollars with thousands of five star reviews but I am worried about the sleeve rotation and the weight capacity.
I am not a professional powerlifter but I do plan on moving some decent weight for my deadlifts. I do not want a bar that is going to bend or have the chrome start chipping off after a month.
Has anyone bought one of the cheaper bars like the CAP Beast or a generic brand? I would love to know how they hold up over time compared to something like a Rogue Ohio bar. I am trying to save money where I can but I also do not want to buy twice.
